We want to showcase the most innovative approaches and up-to-the-minute examples being taken throughout the sector during this difficult time. We’re open to your suggestions, but some key themes that we’re particularly keen to focus on include:

  • Resident engagement.
  • Asset data and the Golden Thread of Information.
  • Competence and accountability of the Building Safety Manager and the sector.
  • External wall assessments.
  • Latest updates on the Building Safety Bill and Fire Safety regulations.
  • An update from the building safety regulator, HSE.
  • Building a Safer Future Charter and the champions.
  • PEEPs (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans).
  • The day in the life of a Building Safety Manager.
  • Lessons learnt from producing a Building Safety Case.
